The Phase II Project of the China National Convention Center (CNCC Phase II) is located in the Olympic Center Area, directly north of CNCC Phase I. Adhering to the construction vision of "Global Vision, International Standards, Great Nation Stature, and Tech Leadership," the project has achieved the "China Green Building 3-Star" certification and stands as the world's largest single-building structure meeting the "US LEED Platinum Standard."

The development comprises a main building and supporting facilities, forming an integrated convention complex featuring Grade-5A office space (North Star Center), a boutique shopping center (POLPAS), and luxury hospitality offerings (JW Marriott Marquis Hotel Beijing North Star and The Ritz-Carlton Beijing North Star).
